Privacy

equio is built to know as little about you as possible. This page explains what that means in practice.

The short version

  • No accounts, no email, no sign-up.
  • No analytics, ad trackers or tracking cookies.
  • Your theme, language and currency choices stay in your browser.
  • Your wallet address is public on-chain. equio reads your positions from your browser and doesn't store your address.

1.What we don't collect

equio has no accounts. We don't ask for your name, email or phone number, and we don't run analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or any other tracker.

2.What stays in your browser

Your preferences are saved in your browser's local storage and in first-party cookies, so pages load the way you left them:

  • Theme (equio-theme) and display currency (equio-currency).
  • Language (NEXT_LOCALE), used to send you to the right language.
  • Last wallet connection (wagmi.store), saved by the wallet library so you stay connected after a reload.

Cookies travel with page requests to our server (that's how the right language loads), but they aren't used to identify or track you. You can clear them anytime in your browser settings.

3.Your wallet address

Connecting a wallet only shares your public address with the page. equio never asks for your private keys or seed phrase, and today it doesn't ask for any signature.

Wallet addresses and their on-chain activity are public by design: anyone can look them up on a block explorer. To show positions, your browser asks a Robinhood Chain RPC endpoint (by default the public one at rpc.mainnet.chain.robinhood.com) for that address's positions and their history. That provider sees your IP address and the address being looked up, under its own privacy terms. The same happens when you view any other address.

equio's servers don't receive or store your connected address. If you open a link with an address in it (…/positions?address=0x…), that URL is recorded in hosting logs like any other page request.

4.Requests your browser makes to others

To show the interface, your browser also loads content directly from these services, which see your IP address and browser details as with any website:

  • Financial Modeling Prep (financialmodelingprep.com): company logos for Stock Tokens.
  • CoinGecko (coin-images.coingecko.com): logos for USDG, ETH and WETH.
  • Robinhood Chain RPC (rpc.mainnet.chain.robinhood.com, or another endpoint if equio is configured to use one): on-chain reads for the Positions page.
  • WalletConnect, by Reown: only if you choose to connect a mobile wallet through WalletConnect, when that option is offered.
  • Your wallet: the extension or app you connect, under its own policy.

Exchange rates for BRL and EUR come from Frankfurter (European Central Bank reference rates) and are fetched by our server, not by your browser. Fonts are served from our own domain. Links to block explorers or the Uniswap app only load if you click them.

5.Hosting logs

Like most websites, our hosting automatically records basic request data (IP address, browser user agent, page requested and time) to keep the service running and secure. These logs are kept for a short time and aren't used for marketing or profiling.

6.Sharing

We don't sell or rent data, and there are no accounts to share. We would only disclose the little we hold, such as hosting logs, if the law requires it.

7.Your choices

  • Clear equio's local storage and cookies in your browser at any time.
  • Disconnect your wallet from the account menu or from the wallet itself.
  • Block third-party images with your browser or an extension; the interface falls back to simple monograms.
  • Use Positions without connecting: paste any address to view it read-only.

8.Changes to this policy

If equio starts collecting anything new, for example when execution features launch, this page will be updated first, with a new date at the top.
